Since October 2003 Lique Schoot makes a photo of herself every day, using a hand-held negative film-containing camera at arm's length. These pictures are worked on the computer and stored as a visual diary. They are the basis for her works.

Each photograph is labeled with the year, month and day on which she took the photograph. They reflect her feelings and emotions of everyday moments.

A selection of these photos has been published in the book "Visual Diaries 2005-2010" and is available in a numbered edition.
